The Rules and Enforcement Committee is in charge of the establishing and enforcing the LVA Rule Book. The committee completely re-worked the rule book in 2006. Many updates, additions and removals were made to bring the book up to date. Portions of the Norwalk City Code were also placed in an appendix of the book for your reference. Some of the LVA rules are also laws enforced by the Norwalk Police Department. Please contact the office to obtain an original hard copy of the rule book, or use this link for the online version of the rule book.

In addition to the rule book, a complaint form was created for residents to file an official complaint of a rule violation. The complaint form may be submitted electronically, or printed and mailed, faxed, or delivered to the office. All complaint forms will be reviewed by the committee.
